Thanks foe the gluten free tips. I have been a celiac since 1997. Back then there wasn’t too many things in the local supermarkets that were celiac friendly. I have travelled to europe several times since my diagnosis – European chefs had a better handle on GF back then – more so then the food in the good old USA. Since then US A has made big strides, not so much now in Europe. Travel is still difficult for us guys on a G F diet. Your eating/snack suggestions are great but I still crave a good sandwich with bread that is soft and fresh – not hard and crumbly. How did you get my email address? I like your website

Thanks for your comment, Karen! We are glad you like our website. Most of our emails come from our Find Me Gluten Free users, Send Me Gluten Free customers, or our Gluten Free & Allergen Friendly Expo attendees. Ps- have you tried Glutino bread?
